Welcome to WatchwithSun. Please read these Terms before placing an order. Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy provide further details about delivery and after-sales support.
WatchwithSun (“we,” “us” or “our”) is based in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China. These Terms of Service apply to your use of watchwithsun.com and purchases from our website.

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
We aim to show our watches, colours, materials and dimensions as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and display settings.
Please check the individual product description for its specifications and adjustment range. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
Prices can be displayed in USD, AUD, NZD, EUR, GBP or CAD using our currency selector. Your selected currency, shipping charge, any applicable discount and final order total are shown at checkout before payment. Taxes are included in our prices.
Payment must be made in full using one of the payment methods available at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid.
To cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible before dispatch. If your order has not shipped, you may cancel for a full refund. After dispatch, you can use our return process once the order is delivered.
We offer worldwide shipping. Please refer to the estimated delivery dates on the product page and the shipping options shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or carrier delays.
Every order includes a tracking number, email updates and shipping insurance. If your parcel is lost or damaged on its way to you, we will take responsibility and arrange a replacement or refund. We will deal with the carrier, so you will not need to pursue a claim yourself.

14-day returns. You can request a return within 14 days of delivery, including for a change of mind or sizing concerns. Contact us with your order number, then send your return within the following 14 days.
Local return addresses. We will provide a return address in your country, so you will not need to pay international return postage. For change-of-mind or sizing returns, you cover the domestic return shipping cost. We cover return shipping if the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or different from what you ordered.
Refunds. We issue your refund when our local returns partner receives your return; there is no need to wait for onward shipping to our warehouse. Refunds go to your original payment method, based on the amount paid for the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the credit. We follow any applicable legal requirement for an earlier refund.
For a full-order cancellation under applicable EU or UK withdrawal rights, we also refund the standard outbound delivery charge you paid. Any extra amount paid for upgraded delivery is excluded from that delivery-charge refund.
Faulty items and warranty. Every watch includes a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please contact us if your item is faulty or incorrect, with photos or a short video where helpful. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate and in line with your consumer rights. Neither the 14-day change-of-mind period nor the 6-month warranty limits your statutory rights.

Content on our website, including text, images, product designs and logos, is owned by WatchwithSun or used under licence. Except as permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce or use it without prior written permission.
We remain responsible for loss or damage for which applicable law makes us responsible, including where we fail to meet our obligations or applicable consumer guarantees.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights to a repair, replacement, refund or compensation under applicable consumer law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not take away any mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of your country of habitual residence.
Nothing in these Terms restricts any right you have under applicable law to bring a claim in the courts where you live.
