1. What materials are used in the watches?

We design and craft a wide variety of watches using premium materials such as stainless steel, genuine leather, and PU leather.

Additionally, we incorporate unique elements like freshwater pearls, mother-of-pearl, and cubic zirconia for added elegance and style. The specific materials used for each watch are detailed in the product description on each listing.

2. Are the watches water-resistant?

Our watches are designed to handle daily splashes and rain, but are not suitable for deep water activities.

To preserve their quality, we recommend removing your watch before swimming, taking steam baths, or engaging in activities like showering, hot tubs, or vigorous exercise that involves heavy sweating.

3. Can I adjust the bracelet or strap to fit my wrist?

Yes, many of our watches feature adjustable bands to ensure a perfect fit. The available sizes can vary depending on the watch material.

For watches with leather bands, you can adjust the fit using the different holes on the band. For stainless steel band watches, we will include an adjustment tool with your parcel, allowing you to remove or add links to customize the fit for your wrist.

4. Do you ship internationally, and the costs?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on your location. You will be able to see the costs at checkout. The fee ranges from $5-$10 for one shipping.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards via Stripe. At checkout, you can choose the option that works best for you.

6. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and shipping takes 10-15 business days for international orders. You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided.

7. How do I track my order?

As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. To view your order status and to track your package, log into your account for your order history. We are also glad to help you track the parcel. You can contact us by email, and we will screenshot the latest tracking information and send it to you.

8. Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team before your order has been shipped. Once the shipping process has started, we can only accept returns and issue refunds according to our return policy.

9. Are your watches suitable for gifts?

Absolutely! Our watches make excellent gifts for any occasion. They are elegant, stylish, and designed to suit a variety of tastes. Despite their luxurious appearance, our watches are priced lower than many others because we avoid unnecessary brand markups, while still maintaining excellent quality. We also offer gift packaging upon request to add a special touch to your present.

10. Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns but do not offer exchanges for items that you simply do not like or do not find visually appealing. If the product is damaged or defective, please take a clear picture and send it to us. We will assist you with a replacement or a refund in such cases.
