Materials vary by design and may include stainless steel, alloy, genuine or PU leather, natural stone, freshwater pearls, mother-of-pearl and cubic zirconia. You’ll find the materials and dimensions for each style in its Product Details.

Our watches have a 3ATM water-resistance rating and can handle light everyday splashes.
Remove your watch before showering or swimming. Avoid hot water and direct contact with perfume, oils and cleaning products to help preserve its finish.
Many of our styles are adjustable, but the method and adjustment range vary. Leather straps use buckle holes, mesh bands usually have a sliding clasp, and suitable metal bracelets can be shortened by removing links.
Please check the size and adjustment information on the individual product page. If you’re unsure, send us your wrist measurement and the style you like, and we’ll help you check the fit.
Most mesh bands use a sliding clasp. With the included adjustment tool, release the clasp’s locking plate, move it to the position you need, then secure it again.
Clasp designs can differ, so follow our watch adjustment guide for your style. If anything feels stuck, contact us before forcing it.
For bracelets with removable links, we include a complimentary adjustment tool. Follow the instructions for your watch, remove only the links designed for adjustment, and keep any spare links and pins.

A new clasp can feel firm at first. Check the instructions for your clasp style rather than pulling or bending it forcefully.

Yes. Your watch arrives with its battery installed, ready to use. We also include a complimentary spare battery for when you need a replacement.

Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your parcel throughout its journey. We’ll also send email updates along the way.

Taxes are included in our prices. Your shipping charge and order total are shown before you complete payment.
Please contact us as soon as possible before dispatch if you’d like to change a style, colour or delivery detail. If your order hasn’t shipped, you can cancel for a full refund.
If it has already shipped, you can use our 14-day return process after delivery. For an exchange request, get in touch and we’ll help with the available options.

Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of delivery, including for a change of mind or sizing concerns. Contact us with your order number, then send your return within the following 14 days.
We’ll provide a return address in your country, so you won’t need to pay international return postage. For a change-of-mind or sizing return, you cover the domestic return shipping cost. If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or different from what you ordered, we cover the return shipping cost.
Please try your watch on carefully indoors and return it with its accessories, any removed links and, where possible, its original packaging. Read our full Returns & Refunds Policy for the details.
We issue your refund once our local returns partner receives your return. You don’t have to wait for it to be forwarded to our warehouse. The return journey depends on the delivery service you choose.
Refunds go to your original payment method, based on the amount paid for the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the credit. Where applicable law requires an earlier refund, we’ll follow that deadline.
Please contact us with your order number and, where helpful, a clear photo or short video. We’ll help arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate, and cover return shipping for faulty, damaged-on-arrival or incorrect items.
Every watch includes a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. The 14-day change-of-mind period and our warranty do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
Every order includes shipping insurance. If your parcel is lost or damaged on its way to you, we’ll take responsibility and arrange a replacement or refund.
